Abstract

The current stage of world economic and social development is characterized by the active digitalization of healthcare systems, and Russia is no exception in this direction. This article reveals trends in the modern development of medicine, taking into account the impact of digitalization on the healthcare system, presents the processes of digital transformation at the federal and regional levels on the example of the Sverdlovsk region, and evaluates the digital maturity of the regional healthcare system. The aim of the work was to develop a model for assessing the digital maturity of the regional healthcare system according to the Sverdlovsk region. The assessment of the actual state of informatization of the subject's healthcare and the practice of using information systems and technologies in the context of the urgent need to optimize budget expenditures and increase the availability of medical care, especially in areas remote from the regional center, the development of directions for improving the efficiency of digital transformation of the health care system of the Sverdlovsk region.
