Abstract
This article discusses the methods of analyzing the business processes of an enterprise using ABC, ABM, ABB methods (using the example of an advertising agency) in order to optimize and using CASE-tools. For the example under consideration in this article, we will use the technologies and tools of two CASE-tools: BPwin/ AllFusion Process Modeller (now CA ERwin Process Modeler) by PLATINUM technolgy (currently the developer is Computer Associates Windows OS; Bizagi Modeler, developed by the Bizagi company of the same name.
