Abstract
The article actualizes the importance of multi-criteria diagnostics of digital transformation results of organizations. The paper aims to develop a methodical approach to the assessment of the enterprise digitalization efficiency based on multi-parameter data and constructing the integral Harrington desirability function. The authors recommend considering three groups of digital efficiency indicators: economic, social and technical. Method ologically, the study relies on the exponential transformation of particular efficiency metrics and the subsequent calculation of the generalized Harrington desirability index. The proposed methodology is a universal analytical tool that can be used for the examination of digital projects in various economic sectors. The research presents an approbation on the example of the digital project of a locomotive repair enterprise, and the result of this assessment is the recognition of the economic and technical efficiency of this project (at the middle level of the desirability scale). Calculations show a higher degree of the technical efficiency compared to economic and social effects. The scientific novelty of our study lies in the systematization of "digital" efficiency indicators and expanding the application field of the desirability function as a generalized parameter for evaluating digital projects, which contributes to the development of scientific and practical aspects of economic analysis.
