Abstract

In the context of a scarce labour market, many Russian companies have started to pay increased attention to recruitment processes over the past few years. One of the ways to increase the efficiency of recruitment processes is automation through the use of modern software. The article deals with the development of a model and methodology for assessing the economic effect of automating the recruitment process. The study develops a model for assessing economic effect in Excel. This model includes 9 steps and describes the sequence of steps required to assess the economic effect. The proposed model and methodology of economic effect assessment may be of interest both for specialists and managers of HR de partments and for software developers when negotiating with potential customers.
