Restaurant owners are sure that it is almost impossible to avoid a constant change of staff, and the indicators of such "turnover" are really frightening. In large cities, up to 2/3 of the staff may change in a restaurant during the year. First of all, it shows the lack of motivation of employees, who, instead of working for the team and bringing income to themselves and the restaurant, are forced to look for new jobs due to poor working conditions.
