Abstract
The article deals with the issues of improving the human resource management system in the IT company based on the implementation of digital solutions. The study aims to examine the processes of applying digital technology in the effective organisation of personnel selection in the IT company. Most modern organisations try to increase their competitiveness and be flexible to the constantly changing environment. In this regard, they work out various strategies not only to recruit but also to retain and develop employees within the company, using modern digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, etc., and aiming to move towards a “digital society” model. The paper shows that, depending on the scale of the company’s activities, the number of employees and the field of the business, there are various possible applications of digital technology. However, despite all the differences in the specialisation of companies and the scale of their operations, digital tools contribute to fast and high-quality data collection, optimisation of the processing and analysis of the obtained data and defining new formats for the application of innovative digital solutions.
